Workshop Technician
Location: Coalville
Salary: up to £38,000 basic per annum plus bonus
Hours: 45 hours per week

We are currently recruiting a Workshop Technician for our client in Coalville area. This role will include all levels of technical works, but predominantly general servicing, and pre-delivery inspections. As a Workshop Technician, you must be able to complete work to dealer standards, adhere to manufacturer procedures and processes, become part of a team and mainly bring high attention to detail. The right individual must be confident and professional in their approach while being someone who can be efficient and always first-time fix.

Role Overview - Workshop Technician
• You will be responsible for offering the best possible level of Service support within the workshop environment, through cost effective technical solutions and repairs, wherever possible at the customers convenience.
• You’ll be performing safety inspections, oil changes, lubrication work, basic maintenance and minor repairs as directed.
• Replenish supplies as requested by technicians or service manager.
• Operate all tools and equipment safely.
• You must be confident in your ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment and high standards of this main dealership.
Requirements - Workshop Technician
• The desire to be a Vehicle Technician, possibly have your NVQ qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• The ability to work as part of a team and be open to taking orders and instruction.
• Driving licence is required
