Renewal of; All businesses Insurance; Iso, Safe Contractors, software licences, telephone/mobile phone, cleaners,  
Follow HR, keeping update our documentation, follow up any issue with HR support, deal with day to day tasks, stay in touch with you for staff replacement

I need to focus on the bigger picture
Knowledge of Sage 200 is a must.
Someone who arrives here at 8:30 and leaves at 17:30 would be ideal, £35k per year plus bonus, this year again will be around £5K
Experienced and with solid references.



Finance Office Manager

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing the CRM for updates required and calling through the latest updates. Checking emails from the sales team/directors for any urgent updates required. Contacting customers through the course of the day to create new spec, quote or sales opportunities for the sales team. You will be in regular contact with the sales team and assist in creating appointments to convert all opportunities

Requirements:
- Experience of telephone sales from any industry (minimum 2 years)
- Additional experience of using various Microsoft packages
- Further experience of developing and growing sales
- A passion for sales
- Comfortable calling warm leads to chase for updates
- Happy contacting previous customers for new leads/projects
- Able to develop customer relationships
- Able to produce quotes based on information from the sales team and existing templates
- Providing ad-hoc support to the sales team
- A full driving licence is needed for this role

The Package:
- Basic salary:  Up to £25,000 per annum
- Bonus:  A personal bonus of up to £8,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets

The Role:

You will have regular communication with the sales team ensuring a quick turnaround.

The Candidate:
To be the right person for Sales Support role you will need direct experience of using adobe pdf editor.

We also need you to have prior experience of:
- Using various Microsoft packages including word, outlook, and excel
- Using telephony system
- Working within an office environment for minimum 2 years (ideally a Sales Support role)

It's important that you have an eye for detail and the ability to build relationships and trust.

You'll also need to be the following:

Sales support (Part time)

We're looking for a talented Sales Administrator to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of working within a merchant or construction background.

If that's you then you could be exactly what they're looking for.


The Role:
Reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager and based in the company's Rayleigh office, as the Sales Administrator you will be primarily responsible for processing all orders for the next day delivery by 11am. 

You will be issuing picking lists to the warehouse and retrieving the picking list from warehouse staff. 

You will be route planning all orders to be dispatched by hauliers and company delivery service. 

Once all orders are dispatched with relevant paperwork complete, the sales admin team then process all quote request, report checks, filing, further orders for future dates and running the sales reports.

This position has a clear progression path into a team leader position where you can further develop your career. 

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
- Sales/purchase order processing including tapered schemes
- Creating quotes and formatting specifications
- Delivering exceptional customer service/support
- Investigating and resolving customer/supplier orders/queries
- Route planning
- Providing ad-hoc support to the sales/tech team when required
- Managing key customers
- Working cohesively with the warehouse team

Sales Administrator / team leader

We're looking for a talented Health And Safety Supervisor to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of a hands on health and safety role.

The Role:
As the Health And Safety Supervisor you'll report to the Health and Safety Manager and will be responsible for assisting the terminal in ensuring all required risk assessments for site activities are completed. (risk assessments, COSHH assessments, PPE/RPE assessments , DSE assessments, manual handling assessments, fire risk assessments, PEAR/TEAR assessments etc). 

You'll be identifying and implementing she projects as applicable. 

You'll occasionally travel to other terminals as required for training etc.. 

You will be assisting the terminal SHE Manager and  SHE co-ordinator in their duties as applicable which includes calling environmental/government officals.

The standard working hours for this position are 8.30am - 4.30pm.


The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Health And Safety Supervisor role will have relevant experience of a hands on health and safety role.

You'll also need experience of:
- Writing health and safety documentation
- Monitoring safety performance and prevention of major accidents
- Working with explosive materials
- Creating, implementing, and monitoring environmental strategies
- Facilitation and participation in internal and external emergency exercises

In addition, you'll need the following:
- Nebosh general certificate
- Understanding of environmental legislation
- The ability to maintain authority
- Knowledge of explosive chemicals
