Looking for an experienced Air Freight Export Clerk to work as part of a busy team based in Colnbrook.
You will be handling shipments from start to finish including quotations, dealing with  shippers and overseas agents, export Customs Entries and invoicing.
Occasionally arranging road freight shipments entries T1 declarations 

Minimum of 2 years Air Freight experience is essential and some knowledge of shipping pharmaceutical products would be an advantage.

Working Monday to Friday and there is an Export on call rota  which would include weekend coverage (1 week in 12)  remotely 6pm Friday -9am following Friday for which a generous call out allowance is paid.

Boxtop or Sequoia system experience would be an advantage but training will be given if required 

Salary is c.£38K plus call out allowance plus team bonus.

Our client, based in Feltham, are looking for an express Time Critical/AOG Agent with air export and/or import experience as well as customs procedures. Some knowledge of road freight would be preferred.  Customs experience is essential.

This is a fast paced role so the candidate will be able to work well under pressure and have excellent time management skills.

Hours: 4 On 4 Off 1900 - 0700 hrs

Time Critical Agent - 4 on / 4 off Night Shifts

This is an opportunity for a candidate with an interest in Fine Art to join a busy team coordinating logistics movements for several high profile Art Galleries.
Role will involve dealing with Gallery clients to assess their storage and distribution requirements, offering solutions and organising the logistics.

Gallery Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced 3.5t Driver to join our client's current driving team, to assist with the smooth running of the transport department.  The role includes long & short-distance driving due to the areas covered, daily drops around South East & Greater London. 

Duties:
- Driving a 3.5t company vehicle.
- Complete collection and delivery of freight in line with company operating procedures.
- Record driving hours and vehicle checks via a smart phone app.
- Ensuring all goods are safely secured and paperwork is in order.
- Keep allocated vehicle clean at all times and perform a vehicle defect report.
- Check all freight collected and handed over is correct when loading/unloading vehicle.
- Pack any freight to ensure it is suitable for either road or air freight.
- Scan the POD’s as soon as delivery made and upload accurate information.
- Communicate accurate information, via email or telephone, once collection has been made.
- Support management to ensure that we are meeting the client needs.
- Adhere to site security and health & safety regulations and report any breaches.

Working 40 hours per week, 0900 hrs - 1800hrs Mon - Fri  plus overtime when available.

The Quality and Compliance Specialist is responsible for contributing to the maintenance of current QEHS and trade/supply chain compliance certifications, programs and supporting the delivery of new ones as the company grows; including but not limited to our IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001),  AEO,  They will take action to achieve objectives and ensure effectiveness of certifications and programs. 

You will be the point of contact for this site with internal and external stakeholders; using knowledge from audits, feedback, and analysis to identify improvements and act on them

Duties to include :
•	Ensure site readiness and conformance to ISO and QEHS requirements. 
•	Identify and interpret QEHS and ISO requirements into effective working processes.

•	Monitor and ensure complaints are resolved effectively. 
•	Prepare and conduct service reviews and management reviews. 
•	Prepare and conduct internal/external audits with stakeholders. 
•	Prepare and conduct evaluation of compliance, risk & opportunities, and aspects/impacts; maintain compliance register. 
•	Gather and analyse results, feedback, and performance data, recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills required;

•	Four-year college degree or equivalent working experience in a similar role 
•	Familiarity and working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, UK HSE preferred 
•	Working experience performing internal audits per ISO 19011 preferred
•	Effective communication skills 
•	Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Quality and Compliance Specialist

Our client an established freight forwarder based in Heathrow are looking for Internal Sales Specialist, 

Key mission is to support the business with its overall growth goals, working collaboratively with Key Account Managers, Sales, network partners & Department Managers. Assist with the development and execution of a procurement and pricing policy for the business.

Must have:
-Previous experience in the freight forwarding industry is a MUST 
-Excellent stakeholders management skills and the ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders
-Experience with Microsoft Excel, PP & Word and Cargo Wise would be advantageous 
-Make outbound telesales calls to potential clients 
-Source new leads via existing database or other methods 
-Manage pipeline through CRM system 
-Negotiate rates with carriers/hauliers /suppliers 

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30-17:30
Salary 28K - 35K plus commission

Duties will include:
Processing parcels using in house software
Loading/Unloading vehicles
Weighing & measuring boxes
Packing & bagging shipments
Forklift driving

Skills:
Previous experience of working for an International Courier company
Basic knowledge of Outlook & Excel
Driving Licence and own transport
Experience in Export Customs entries is preferred.
