Import Operations  (Multi-Modal) 

Established specialist Freight Forwarder is looking for an Export Pet Coordinator to join them.
Role will involve providing advice, prices and information on all aspects of pet travel to potential new clients as well as making bookings and planning the pet's journey from start to finish.

Must have at least 2 years experience in Air Freight Exports/ Imports or HAPPY to TRAIN 
An understanding of Pet travel DEFRA export Health certificates / Customs is advantageous or alternatively a strong wiliness to learn 
Successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, great communications skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Mon - Fri 0900-1800 / 0800-1700 ( 1 hour unpaid lunch)

Pet Export Specialist

Our client is looking for a Pricing Specialist with knowledge of Aerospace Operations to join their expanding team.

Purpose of the role will be to develop competitive, accurate, and timely freight pricing solutions for aerospace customers across all modes of transport, including air freight, ground transportation, and multimodal logistics.

Duties will involve the following -

Prepare comprehensive freight quotations for:
o	Air freight (standard, expedited, charter, AOG)
o	Ground transport (FTL, LTL, specialized equipment)                         
o	Multimodal and time-critical shipments
Analyze RFQs and customer logistics requirements for aerospace components, engines, tooling, and oversized equipment.
Source competitive carrier rates from airlines, ocean carriers, trucking providers, and charter operators.
•	Produce cost breakdowns 
•	Coordinate urgent pricing for AOG situations with all international Airlines.
•	Ensure compliance with aviation and security regulations including IATA standards and applicable customs regulations.
•	Support pricing strategies for key aerospace customers.
•	Maintain and update pricing databases and rate sheets.
•	Participate in global RFQs and long-term bid proposals.
•	Monitor market conditions (capacity, fuel costs, geopolitical impacts) to adjust pricing strategies.

Must have -
2 - 5 years experience in Freight Forwarding pricing, preferably in aerospace/time critical logistics
Experience handling AOG or time-critical aerospace shipments with understanding of aerospace logistics compliance and security requirements.
Advanced Excel skills

Pricing Specialist - Aerospace Operations

Senior Freight Coordinator (Air & Courier)

New opportunity for an express Time Critical/AOG Agent with air export and/or import experience as well as customs procedures. Some knowledge of road freight would be preferred.  Customs experience is essential.

Our Client, an exciting Global Freight Forwarder, now has a vacancy for a SEA FREIGHT Project Co-Ordinator to join their team.

Duties will involve: 
•	Handling of inbound and outbound shipments and co-ordinate with carriers.
•	Assist with organising and delivering logistical aspects of a tour/event as required by the  
        Project Manager.
•	Create trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
•	Ensure all quotes are raised in BoxTop and followed-up with the client, taking a proactive 
        approach to customers to see if they wish to proceed
•	Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget.
•	Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise.
•	Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
•	Assist with preparation for ATA Carnets and monitor their tracking 
•	Liaising with airline ocean lines overseas and UK suppliers (Hauliers).
•	Assist with preparing shipment documents such as AWB, BOL's and Custom Entries 
•	Assisting Project Managers on a daily basis.

This is a new role for a Freight Forwarder based near Basingstoke who are looking to add to their team.

Role will be very hands on involved in all aspects of Multi-modal Freight operations, both Exports and Imports working in a lively fast paced environment.

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in Air / Ocean Freight, Imports and/or Exports. Role will also involve handling some specialist / project cargo for clients in the events/sporting sectors..

Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.  Knowledge of the Boxtop system would be an advantage.

The role will include Accounts Receivable and Credit Control, as well as assisting in the preparation of the monthly management accounts. 

Duties will include
