Overall purpose of the role:

To be responsible for the administration services provided to the company’s clients including but not limited to the broking of employee benefit insurances (group life and income protection) and annuity quotes. Overall purpose of the role:

Overall purpose of the role:

Responsible for review and input of information held on customers, including review and extraction
of key information that is held on their customer files and records. Based on this information, updated customer risk assessments will be carried out. Performing data control business as usual tasks.

Key responsibilities will include;

•	Partake in system and requirement gathering training
•	Carry out file reviews for a selected group of customers, extracting relevant information to allow input of key information required into chosen solution (i.e. Excel, CRM)
•	Ensure that the information is complete and accurate, with this being documented in the required format and/or updated on systems appropriately

HR Manager contract (maternity cover), Guernsey

Our client is a private bank and wealth management company seeking to recruit a Custodian Trustee Contractor for the period of 6 months.

Overall purpose of the role:

This role will initially focus on governance functions, but will also offer the opportunity of an administration role, focusing on the periodic review and reconciliation of Guernsey regulated funds.

Key responsibilities will include;

•	Governance functions: maintenance of the breach register, monitoring status of CT checks, annual account reviews, Scheme Particular reviews, Open & Closed reporting, GFSC notifications.
