SEN Teaching Assistant Needed – Make a Real Difference Every Day
We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and patient individual to support a wonderful Year 3 male pupil who is currently working at nursery level.
About the Pupil:
Non-verbal communicator
Uses PECS cards (please ask which specific cards he uses)
Highly food motivated
Loves sensory play
May gently grab to communicate his needs
The Ideal Candidate:
Calm, nurturing, and attentive
Confident supporting non-verbal communication
Understanding of sensory needs
Comfortable following structured support strategies
Willing to review and follow his individual support plan (please ask to see this)
