What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to enhance their learning.
- Assisting with core subjects like English and Maths.
- Providing tailored support for pupils with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and communication needs.
- Contributing to a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to deliver effective support plans.
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote pupil engagement.
