Skills
• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 4 years post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience
• LAN cabling support experience with Passive Network Infrastructure systems
• CCNA level Access Layer support experience
• Experience with Cisco ISE client devices commissioning and resolving client device issues
• Experience with monitoring Cisco
• DNAc/CCC or equivalent
• Experience with Cisco Wireless Access Points and related configuration changes
• Recent experience with DNS and DHCP
• Experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
• French language proficiency for communications with external service providers
• ITIL working knowledge
• Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
• Experience with Microsoft IPAM
