Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of accounts and advisory clients from start to finish
Review accounts prepared by junior staff and provide constructive feedback
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Support the development and mentoring of junior team members
Assist partners with business development and identifying advisory opportunities

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified with relevant post-qualification experience
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical accounts preparation and review skills
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Proven ability to manage and prioritise a varied client portfolio
