As Accounts Manager, you will take ownership of a varied client portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor while overseeing the delivery of high-quality accounts and compliance work. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, contributing to workflow management, mentoring junior team members, and helping drive continuous improvement across the firm. Responsibilities

Managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors

Preparation and review of statutory accounts and management accounts

Overseeing compliance work including corporation tax and personal tax

Supporting, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior staff

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements

Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment

ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to manage deadlines and priorities effectively
