As Audit Manager, you will take responsibility for managing a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, overseeing audit engagements from planning through to completion. You’ll work closely with partners and senior leadership, playing a key role in maintaining high technical standards, mentoring junior staff, and driving continuous improvement across the audit function.

Key Responsibilities
Managing audit assignments from planning through to completion
Leading and mentoring audit teams on-site and remotely
Reviewing work and ensuring compliance with UK accounting and auditing standards
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Supporting Partners with workflow, strategy, and business development
Requirements
ICAS/ACA/ACCA qualified
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience at Audit Manager or strong Assistant Manager level
Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
