We’re working with a well-established, independent main dealer group that’s built a reputation for doing things properly – prioritising people and the quality of their work over excessive KPI-chasing. With four branches across the region, their Newcastle-under-Lyme dealership is now looking for an Aftersales Manager to lead the team.

This site has a friendly, informal atmosphere. Senior management are supportive, down-to-earth, and not overly corporate – reporting is simple and focused on key areas only. If you’re experienced in running an aftersales operation or you're an exceptional senior Service Advisor or Workshop Controller ready to step up, this could be your next move.

This role would suit someone with personality – someone who can motivate a team, deliver great service, and run an efficient operation. You'll be trusted to get the job done your way, with the support of senior management when needed.
The team includes:

1 Parts Advisor
2 Service Advisors
6 Technicians

What you’ll need:

Experience in a dealership aftersales environment

Strong people skills and team leadership ability

Good commercial awareness – you understand how to run a profitable department

A level-headed, honest approach to customer service

A base salary around £40,000 (negotiable)
