Main duties will include -

Import documentation — Managing air waybills & bills of lading, commercial
invoices, and customs entries

Freight coordination — Working with carriers, freight forwarders and internal teams

Shipment tracking — Monitoring inbound cargo and updating systems

Customs compliance — Ensuring all shipments meet UK regulations


What You Bring!

Essential Skills & Experience

CDS customs entry experience

Knowledge of Sequoia or Boxtop

Excellent organisational and customer service skills

Confident IT skills, including MS Office

Hours are Monday to Friday 0830 - 1730
Salary is negotiable according to experience
