Location: Bromley, Bexley, Orpington or Greenwich (40% WFH)
Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 + excellent benefits & pension

Seeking an experienced Apprenticeship leader with a proven track record of overseeing successful and quality driven Apprenticeship provision.

Overview:

Working for leading FE College, you will manage a team and coordinate first class Apprenticeship delivery across a range of sector areas, including Business, Accounting, Management, IT, Education & Early Years

A typical week:

-Lead a team of Coaches, Tutors & IQAs
-Oversee quality assurance
-Internal & external stakeholder engagement
-Contribute to SAR & QIP

You'll need the following for this role:

-2 years Apprenticeship management experience
-Assessor, IQA or Teaching qualification (ideally all)
-Confident with EFSA & Ofsted requirements
-Experience of at least one of the delivery areas
