About the Role:
In this rewarding position, you will be teaching and supporting pupils with a range of complex needs, including:
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Complex medical needs and challenging behaviour
You’ll play a key role in delivering a personalised and inclusive education, helping each pupil to thrive both academically and emotionally.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Proven experience working with children and young people with SEND
A nurturing, resilient, and adaptable approach to teaching
A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
