A well-established financial institution is seeking an Assistant Manager to support its Custodian Trustee function. This role focuses on governance and regulatory monitoring while also encompassing key administrative responsibilities, including the review and reconciliation of fund valuations for Guernsey-regulated funds.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain the breach register and monitor Custodian Trustee checks
• Review annual financial statements and Scheme Particulars
• Handle GFSC notifications and coordinate external regulatory oversight visits
• Monitor regulatory activities and fund compliance
• Investigate and review potential breaches and pricing errors
• Perform valuation reconciliations and associated CMO checks
• Assist with audit processes and ensure operational procedures remain effective

Skills and Experience
• Strong Guernsey funds background with custodian or administration experience
• Knowledge of GFSC rules and guidance for Collective Investment Schemes
• Experience with pricing sources such as IDS and Bloomberg
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
• Proficiency in network applications and data systems
