Are you an experienced professional in the electrical wholesale industry looking to step into a leadership role? Our client, a leading name in the sector, is on the lookout for a motivated and knowledgeable Assistant Manager to join their thriving branch in the Tunbridge Wells area.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Deputise for the Branch Manager in their absence
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Serving customers on the trade counter, providing a friendly and helpful service
• Reorganising, reprofiling, cataloguing and ordering of new stock profiles
• Assisting with supporting and training staff
• Work closely alongside the Branch Manager and Business Development Manager to develop the team and branch
• Be a team player, helping out in all areas of the branch when needed
Experience / Skills:
• Electrical Wholesale experience
• Able to work under pressure in a busy sales environment
• Good customer service skills
• Reliable and responsible, with the ability to lead by example
