Vacancy: Assistant Manager
Industry: Electrical Wholesale
Location: Folkestone, Kent
Working hours: Monday-Friday - no weekends
Salary & Benefits: up to circa £38,000 + bonus, pension scheme and other benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an electrical wholesales professional to join an established distributor of electrical products.
The ability to positively influence relationships with both customers and suppliers is essential.
You will need experience in the electrical wholesale industry and ideally some supervisory experience in the industry.

Responsibilities
• Work alongside the branch manager and take responsibility for branch activities when they are off site
• Provide customers with great service ensuring their continued loyalty
• Manage sales and look after key customers where required
• Ensure stock levels are appropriate whilst sourcing special items where required
• You will have day-to-day operational responsibility and a hands on approach to the business.
• You will be working as part of the team as well as supervising the branch operations
Requirements
• Recent or current electrical wholesale experience.
• Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
• Strong organisational and leadership skills to empower and develop their team and lead by example.
