Due to this companies rapid growth, we have a great opportunity for an experienced Sales person to join their successful team in Birmingham as an Assistant Manager.
The role is to contribute to the success of the branch and promote the companies name by providing excellent levels of customer service at all times.
• You will help to increase sales by providing high levels of customer service in all areas including answering phones promptly, handling queries and orders efficiently and accurately.
• Increase the turnover and profit of the branch through the development of both existing and new business.
• Building good relationships with customers.
• Taking orders and processing them accurately.
• Providing technical advice on products.
• Trade counter sales and taking telephone orders.
• Preparing quotations.
• Preparing displays for the trade counter
The ideal candidate must be confident, enthusiastic with a good attitude towards work.
• Electrical wholesale background essential
• Strong sales skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Electrical product knowledge
• Salary depending on experience plus bonus.
