Location: Bromley, Bexley, Orpington, Greenwich (20% WFH)
Salary: £75,000 - £84,500 + 43 days holiday

Seeking an accomplished senior leader with an extensive background in SEN and ALS provision.

Overview:

Working for leading FE College, you will play a pivotal role in achieving outstanding Ofsted ambitions and oversee the growth and development of High Needs Students and SEN provision.

A typical week:

-Lead HNS & ALS provisions
-Manage Curriculum Managers & ALS teams
-Meet recruitment & income targets
-Develop partnerships & curriculum

You'll need the following for this role:

-2 years senior leadership experience
-Extensive experience of SEN/ALS
-Knowledge of funding streams & methodologies
-Teaching qualification or equivalent
