Description
We are currently seeking an experienced pastoral or inclusion lead to join a well-respected local secondary school to be in-role as Assistant SENCO.
Previous similar experience would be highly beneficial; however, this role would suit a qualified HLTA, inclusion lead or resource hub or SEND teacher seeking to obtain SENCo experience.
You will be supported by a fantastic in-school senior leadership team and a SENCo who will invest time to help you get to grips with the role and allowing you chance to find your feet & make significant positive outcomes for the students.
This role is open for an immediate start, but the school will wait until Easter 2024 start for the right candidate if there is any given notice period.
