This role offers excellent exposure to a broad portfolio of clients, ranging from SMEs to large corporates, and will suit a motivated individual looking to progress their career in a managerial capacity. As Audit and Accounts Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing audit assignments, reviewing statutory accounts, and mentoring junior team members. The successful candidate will work closely with Partners and senior leadership to support business development and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Leading and managing audit assignments from planning to completion
Reviewing statutory accounts and tax computations
Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors
Supporting and developing junior team members
Liaising with clients and building long-term relationships
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
At least six years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience in leading audits and reviewing accounts
Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive and team-oriented approach
