Key Responsibilities
Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
Prepare statutory accounts for a range of clients
Support and mentor junior team members
Liaise regularly with clients, building trusted relationships
Work closely with partners and managers to ensure efficient workflow
Ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory standards
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge across audit and accounts
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
