Key Responsibilities
Preparing year-end accounts for a diverse client portfolio
Managing and mentoring junior team members
Assisting clients with management accounts, VAT returns, and bookkeeping
Supporting partners with ad-hoc advisory projects
Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified or part qualified (or equivalent)
At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in accounting software
