This role would suit a qualified and experienced accounting professional with a proven background in business advisory, compliance, and client growth within a practice setting. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality service, managing key client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to the strategic development of the firm. Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Business Services team, ensuring the highest standards of client service
Drive business development initiatives, identifying and converting opportunities to expand the client base
Provide strategic financial and business advice to clients, supporting their growth and success
Manage and grow an existing client portfolio, building strong long-term relationships
Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the firm
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with extensive post-qualification experience
At least seven years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Strong commercial acumen and experience advising and developing owner-managed businesses
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
