Key Responsibilities
Preparation and review of statutory accounts for a range of clients
Preparation of management accounts and VAT returns
Assisting with corporate and personal tax compliance
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Liaising directly with clients and partners, ensuring excellent service delivery
Identifying opportunities to add value through business advice and financial insight

Requirements
ACA/ACCA Qualified or Part Qualified
At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of accounting and reporting standards
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively
