Lead and manage the Private Client Tax department, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Provide expert tax planning and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering professional growth
Manage complex tax compliance and advisory projects
Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives
Requirements:
CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Significant experience in Private Client Tax within a senior management or director-level position
Strong technical expertise in personal and capital taxes
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
