Responsibilities:

Lead and grow the audit department, ensuring the highest technical and ethical standards

Manage and develop key client relationships

Oversee complex audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio

Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to the audit team

Contribute to the strategic development of the firm

Requirements:

ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

Responsible Individual (RI) status

Strong leadership and business development capabilities

Proven track record at Partner or Director level within audit

Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
