Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors
Reviewing financial statements, management accounts, and VAT returns
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Liaising directly with clients to provide proactive business and tax advice
Assisting with workflow planning and ensuring deadlines are met
Working closely with Partners and Managers to deliver a high-quality service

Requirements
ACA/ACCA Qualified (desirable)
At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax compliance
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Proven ability to manage deadlines and supervise a small team
