As the Business Services Manager, you will play a key role in managing a varied portfolio of clients, overseeing accounts preparation, VAT returns, and management accounts, as well as mentoring junior members of the team. The ideal candidate will be confident in liaising directly with clients, managing deadlines, and contributing to the continued success of the firm. You will work closely with Partners and senior management, providing valuable insights and ensuring the highest standards of client service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of accounts, VAT, and management reporting
Assist in the training and development of staff
Liaise directly with clients, offering business advice and guidance
Review work prepared by junior team members, providing feedback and support
Support Partners in client meetings and business development initiatives
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience)
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and software packages
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
