This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Accountant with strong practice experience to take on a key management role. You will oversee a portfolio of clients, lead and mentor junior team members, and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality business services. Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and deadlines
Oversee the preparation of year-end accounts, management accounts, and VAT returns
Support and mentor junior staff, providing technical guidance and training
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Assist with business development opportunities and contribute to the growth of the practice
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients and leading a team
Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax compliance
Excellent communication and organisational skills
