As a Business Services Senior, you will be responsible for preparing year-end accounts, management accounts, and supporting junior team members, whilst building strong relationships with clients. This position is ideal for someone who is confident working independently, but also values being part of a close-knit team. Key Responsibilities
Preparation of year-end statutory accounts for a wide range of clients
Preparation of management accounts and financial statements
Supervising and mentoring junior staff
Liaising with clients and providing excellent service and advice
Assisting with ad-hoc projects and advisory work

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified or part qualified
At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge and accountancy skills
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
