As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries, providing audit and assurance services. You will also play a key role in mentoring and supporting junior members of the team, ensuring high-quality client service delivery, and contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth. This role offers excellent long-term career prospects and genuine progression opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead audit assignments from planning through to completion.
Supervise and support junior members of staff, providing training and feedback.
Liaise with clients, building strong and lasting professional relationships.
Review financial statements in line with UK GAAP and IFRS.
Assist Partners and Managers with business development initiatives.
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with relevant post-qualification experience.
Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage a varied client portfolio effectively.
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
