The successful candidate will be a driven and ambitious professional, ideally with existing Partner-level experience or operating at a Senior Manager/Director level with the ambition to step up. You will have proven technical expertise, a commercial outlook, and the ability to build and nurture client relationships. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the firm’s Audit function, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Develop and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business.
Provide strategic input into the firm’s direction and overall growth plans.
Mentor and support junior members of the team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and legislation.
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
Demonstrable leadership and business development skills.
Excellent technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of audit and accounting standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
