Key Responsibilities
Leading audits from planning through to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior team members
Preparing financial statements in compliance with UK GAAP
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
Identifying areas for improvement and adding value to clients
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or finalist)
At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
