Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver audit engagements from planning to completion
Lead, mentor, and support junior members of the team
Develop and maintain strong client relationships across various sectors
Work closely with Partners and contribute to business development initiatives
Ensure compliance with all relevant audit and accounting standards
Requirements
ACA/ACCA Qualified (or equivalent)
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong background in audit within a Chartered Accountancy practice
Excellent technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of UK accounting standards
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
