As Corporate Tax Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, lead advisory projects, and support Partners in growing the firm’s tax offering. This role offers exposure to a wide range of complex tax issues, involvement in tax planning and structuring, and the chance to mentor and develop junior team members. Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee a varied portfolio of corporate tax clients

Lead on advisory projects and provide technical tax expertise

Assist with tax planning and structuring across multiple sectors

Review compliance work prepared by junior staff and provide mentorship

Support Partners in business development and client relationship management

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent)

Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment

Ability to lead projects and manage a team effectively
