As Audit Director, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships, and delivering high-quality audit services. You will work closely with Partners and fellow Directors, contribute to strategic planning, and support the growth of the team through mentoring and development. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors
Oversee audit planning, fieldwork, and completion, ensuring compliance and quality
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Support and mentor junior staff, driving development and performance
Play a key role in business development and firm-wide strategic initiatives
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and audit standards
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
