Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied audit portfolio across multiple sectors
Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion
Support, mentor and develop junior members of the audit team
Review working papers and ensure compliance with audit standards
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Contribute to the firm’s ongoing process improvements and best practice
Collaborate with partners and senior leadership on strategic initiatives
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical auditing knowledge
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
