Responsibilities
Oversee and sign off audit work as the firm’s Responsible Individual (RI)
Lead and manage a high-performing audit team, promoting development and retention
Maintain strong technical compliance and high-quality service delivery
Manage a diverse and prestigious portfolio of clients
Support strategic growth, business generation, and practice development
Requirements
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
RI status or eligibility to become an RI
Proven experience managing audit teams at senior level
Strong commercial focus with the ability to attract and retain clients
Excellent communication and leadership skills
