As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in managing a varied portfolio of clients, overseeing audit assignments from planning through to completion. You will work closely with Partners and Directors to deliver high-quality audit services, while also contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the firm. Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Lead audits from planning to completion, including managing staff and budgets
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Review audit workpapers and reports
Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven track record of managing audits independently
Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
