Responsibilities
Oversee a varied portfolio of audit engagements from planning through to completion
Lead, mentor, and develop junior members of the audit team
Manage key client relationships and provide high-quality technical guidance
Review completed files and ensure compliance with relevant standards
Identify opportunities for improving processes and supporting business growth
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Strong technical audit knowledge and up-to-date understanding of UK regulations
Proven experience managing audit assignments and client relationships
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
