As Business Services Manager, you will work closely with Partners and senior leadership, contributing to workflow planning, client advisory work, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will oversee statutory accounts, tax compliance oversight, and provide commercial insights to clients across a range of sectors. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and review of statutory accounts for a varied client portfolio
Manage and mentor a dedicated Business Services team
Coordinate workflow, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Support clients with advisory projects and business planning
Liaise with Partners regarding client strategy and development opportunities

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent experience
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and reporting requirements
Proven management or supervisory experience
Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
