You will lead on complex advisory work, support the development of junior team members, and work closely with the Partnership group to drive strategic growth across the business. Responsibilities

Oversee and develop the firm’s Mixed Tax service line

Deliver high-level advisory work on both corporate and personal tax matters

Manage and strengthen client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery

Support, mentor, and develop junior team members

Work closely with other Partners on firmwide strategy and business development initiatives

Requirements

CTA/ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualified

Proven technical strength across both corporate and personal tax

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Commercial awareness with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities

Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
