Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of Private Client Tax advisory services to a high-value client portfolio
Support Partners with complex tax planning projects and technical reviews
Oversee compliance work and ensure high-quality standards across the team
Mentor and develop junior team members
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for added value
Requirements
CTA, ACA or equivalent qualification
Strong technical expertise across Personal Tax and advisory matters
Proven experience managing a diverse client portfolio
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
