In this key leadership role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, delivering expert advice across inheritance tax, trusts, estates, and wider personal tax planning. As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with Partners, contribute to strategic decision-making, and support junior team members in their professional growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Private Client Tax specialist looking to join a people-focused environment with a modern approach and strong reputation in the market.

Responsibilities

Manage a varied portfolio of HNWIs, providing high-level advisory services

Lead on complex personal tax, IHT, trust and estate planning assignments

Review and oversee compliance work prepared by the team

Work closely with Partners on planning projects and business development

Mentor, support and develop junior staff

Ensure the highest standard of technical quality and client service

Requirements

CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

Extensive experience in Private Client/Personal Tax

Strong technical knowledge of IHT, trusts and estate planning

Confident in advisory work and client relationship management

Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment

Excellent communication and leadership skills
