As Audit Manager, you will play a key role in leading audit engagements from planning through to completion, managing a small team of auditors, and acting as a trusted point of contact for clients. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients from planning to completion
Supervise, mentor, and develop junior members of the audit team
Liaise directly with clients to build and maintain strong working relationships
Review audit files and ensure compliance with current auditing standards
Support senior management with business development and client onboarding
Requirements:
ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical audit knowledge, ideally with UK GAAP and IFRS exposure
Proven ability to manage and develop a team
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
