This role would suit an experienced Corporate Tax professional who is ready to take the next step into a senior, client-facing position. You will manage a varied portfolio of corporate clients, ranging from owner-managed businesses to larger corporate groups, providing both compliance oversight and high-level advisory support. Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients, overseeing compliance and advisory work
Deliver tax planning advice on restructuring, M&A, and group reorganisations
Review corporation tax computations prepared by junior team members
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
Support the development and mentoring of junior staff within the tax team
Requirements
CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience
Proven background in corporate tax at Senior Manager or Manager level
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships confidently
