A highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants in Cirencester is seeking an accomplished Audit Partner (RI) to play a pivotal role in the continued growth and strategic direction of the practice. Working closely with the existing Partner group, the successful candidate will take ownership of a varied audit portfolio, lead on client relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives across the region. Lead and manage a diverse audit portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and quality
Act as RI, overseeing audit engagements and signing off statutory audits
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives
Mentor, support, and develop audit teams across the practice
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with RI status
Proven experience at Partner or senior leadership level within audit
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills
Excellent leadership and people management capabilities
