This is an excellent opportunity for an established RI or a Senior Audit Manager looking to step up into a Partner-level position. You will play a pivotal role in leading the audit function, driving business development, and supporting the firm’s strategic growth. Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the audit department, ensuring high-quality client service and compliance with all regulatory standards
Act as the Responsible Individual (RI) on audits across a varied client portfolio
Support and mentor the audit team, fostering professional growth and technical excellence
Contribute to business development and client relationship management
Work collaboratively with the wider leadership team to shape firm strategy and growth initiatives
Requirements:
ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Experience as a Responsible Individual (RI) or the ability to gain RI status
Proven track record in leading audit engagements and managing client relationships
Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills
