As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery across audit and assurance engagements. You’ll be leading and mentoring a team of talented professionals, reviewing audit files, and working closely with Partners to support the firm’s continued growth. This position would suit a driven and technically strong individual looking to take the next step in their accountancy career within a reputable and growing practice.

Responsibilities:

Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors

Lead and review audit assignments from planning to completion

Supervise, develop and mentor junior team members

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Ensure compliance with relevant auditing and accounting standards

Work closely with Partners and Directors to support firm growth

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment

Strong technical knowledge of auditing and financial reporting standards

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

Ambitious and proactive with a commitment to professional development
